There are 6 SEPARATE file-types THAT we ACCEPT to ensure quality product:
Regarding file preparations, if your artwork is 300DPI or vector-based, there is a very good chance that we won't have an issues printing it. We require the following file types: .AI, .PSD, .JPEG, .EPS, .TIFF, and .PDF.
PREPARING YOUR ARTWORK:
We require all vector and high-res artwork to be saved at a minimum of 300DPI. Artwork created at a lower resolution will print improperly, and cannot be edited to the 300DPI standard. In addition, we suggest you create your artwork at the size you'd like it to be printed.
MAX PRINT SIZE FOR GARMENTS

All garments are different, however the chart above gives an estimated size for all artwork printed on garments. All artwork that is submitted at a larger size than what is recommended will cause placement differences and may come out irregular. To avoid this, we highly suggest that you utilize the Max Print Size chart above when finalizing your artwork.
CONVERT TEXT INTO OUTLINES
To avoid having to send us the fonts you’ve used throughout your vector-based design, we suggest turning all text to outlines. To make this easier for you, please reference the guide we provided above.
